LAKE OSWEGO, OR - A luxury car dealer operating in Lake Oswego was arrested Wednesday following complaints from both buyers and sellers of high-end automobiles. Charles S., 30, was taken into custody at his Beaverton home and charged with seven counts of unlawful consignment practices. Investigators said his auto dealership license for Oswego Luxury expired Monday night and they were acting on several complaints for people who both bought and consigned cars at the dealership.
